Join us for hands-on introduction to the world of 3D printing, designed for adults 55+ and completely beginner friendly. No tech experience? No problem! This program is perfect for all skill levels, whether you’re curious, creative, or just want to try something new.
Over four weeks, you’ll learn how 3D printers work and explore ways to create your own designs. We’ll guide you step-by-step through preparing a model for printing, using beginner friendly 3D design software, and safely operating a 3D printer.
Hands-on sessions will help you build confidence as you learn to print your own objects, understand common issues, and get comfortable with the equipment. By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with your own printed creations and the skills to continue exploring 3D printing at your own pace.
Laptops and all required equipment will be provided.
